Efund of ticket

I booked a ticket vide PNR No.611-0900487 and the same has been cancelled on 29-12-07 but the refund amount has not so far

been credited to my account despite several reminders to irctc

via e mail. Please, therefore arrange for refund of my amount

by crediting to my account immediately. When the railway authorities are not in a position to refund the amount immediately, what is the use in booking reservation thru internet? Please treat the matter as most urgent.
