Non receipt of refund

Dear Sir/Madam,

We had purchased the eticket thru IRCTC. Due to some reason we had cancelled the eticket on 03-Jun

PNR No. 2339685186.

Its now completed 6 mnths today as the max time is taken by IRCTC for this refund.

Inspite of the repeated phone calls / email by you through the various correspondence in last 3 months, we are yet to get the refund.

kindly help us to getting the refund from Railways.
