My name is navin bhatt, complaining on behalf of RAvi V Moolya..
this is in regards to misguidance by the reservation clerk mrs. S.S.Sharma at DOMBIVALI STATION ..
my issue is that i lost my original reservation ticket on the date of issue itself as i lost my wallet while travelling in the local train..
the particulars were as under :

journey date: 19/7

persons name: Ravi moolya, Satish Shetty
i approached the counter from where i booked the ticket., where i was informed to write an application for getting a duplicate ticket..then after submitting it i was told that icant get a duplicate ticket as my status was WAITING and issue is nt permitted as per the laws..she told me that if my ticket gets an "RAC or CONFIRMED" thn i l get a duplicate ticket..she told me to check the status on the date of journey and come there again if its gets upgraded to RAC..
2day when i went there i was told that issue of duplicate ticket is not possible under any circumstances...
then i went to KALYAN Reservation office, counter no.1, where the person in charge told me that the person can travel in the sleeper class but he has to purchase a 2nd class ticket.and was guided to show the TICKET CHECKER copy of the application duly stamped by the railway authority and accompany it with the 2nd class ticket with a VALID ID Proof...
my friend boarded the train and after the train crossed pune, t.c came and said that the procedure informed was not true and not as per the rules of the railways.. he started harassing my friend and the language was not proper..
now, we as a consumer do not know whom to believe>>??
reservation clerk or the t.c??
my friend gad to pay the fine...
i want a written response for the said matter..
not hesistant to file a suit also..
