Ac chair class seat is very bad not seat comfortable due michenical fault

I am traveling ac chair class from surat to wankaner in train no.9059 dt.18 sep 2010 my pnr is 8347408410 my seat is ac chair class seat no C2 -69 but seat is not comfort due to backside side mechanical fault that s why I have talk to TC but he said I can t do anything for this and this type problem is normal in indian train. My main focus is why not maintain proper seat? Why people traveling in a/c class? Because travelers want to traving to comfort but I have problem during this traveling.
