Mumbai Local Central line First class ladies compartment has just 14 seats

Mumbai Local: Central line First class ladies compartment has just 14 seats.

Considering increasing cowd in Ladies First class, having only 14 seater compartment is more of an inconvenience.

At least one of the Ladies First Class compartemnts (may be middle) should be bigger, same as Gents First Class. In western line all ladies first class are bigger, why its not same in central line?
