Dear Sir/Madam,
From Hyderabad to go to Kerala it is only one train avaialble which is Sabari Express. There was an announcement in one of the old budget that a new train is going to be introduced to Kerala from Hyderabad. Following are my complaints:
1) This new train is not yet introduced.
2) Train route for the trains from Hyderabad goes all the way towards Chennai and then it comes back to Kerala. This can be avoided if the train route is towards Bangalore / Coimbatore / Kerala. This will save a lot of time for the passengers.
Could you please consider these two cases and do the needful?
