On dated 18/10/10, we monthly pass holders coming from gondia to nagpur by 2860Gitanjali Exp. one special squad member from indian railways DELHI mr. PAL/PAUL as told by him fined for Rs.300/- for boarding sleeper class even after having valid super monthly season ticket. During above incidence others without ticket holders, cobblers were not fined. Even they were not asked for ticket. When asked about his identity, he roughly commanded not to argu with him else threaten for dire consequences. he instructed coach TTE to fine us which was paid vide receipt no.897349 dtd.18.10.10
sir in this backward area, the railway run only on MEMU 371 running between Dongargadh - Itwari which always runs late with no priority. people who have to reach by 0930hrs cannot travel in such late running train. Also this train MEMU has no urinals/ toilets which makes travel unhealthy. As such people are compelled to travel by 2860Gitanjali Exp. There is no limit for persons that can be accomodated in Genaral class. It is still doubtful about identity of special squad Mr. PAL. Why he didnot ask about tickets to others? Why he allowed persons who gave Rs.50/- agains general ticket to TTEs. The behaviours of special squad & other TTEs with persons with MST is not proper.
