Dear SS,

This is to inform you that Surat rail station doesnot have token system for ticket reservation which will make the situation worst by crowding, agent booking, wastage of time and energy. The poorest situation is happening at Athwa circle center where only two cunter is working in noon session which will too less against the no of customer.

Indian rail is profit making dept should have concerntrate more on public facilities rather than only on money collecting through internet booking.
