I have taken VRS from PSU (ITI Ltd.) in Nov.2003. I was due for monthly family pension from 1st Jan. 2011. In the month of May there was a surprise for me when I found credit of Rs. 10978/- and Rs. 998/- dated 16th May from EPF without any information / without information of EPF No. Still I am not in receipt of EPF No. According to deposited amount I am eligible for monthly pension of Rs. 998/- and arrears for 17 months due in my favour comes to Rs. 16966/- whereas only Rs. 10978/- and Rs. 998/- as been credited to my account. Again there is no trail of depositing of regular pension in my account. It seems they have deposited one time payment and left the case unsettled. So please look into the matter as a single penny is worth a dollar for me in these hard days.
