During Rakhi Festive season I book one Rakhi for my wife s brother (In Ranchi) and one for one daughter s cousin (Lucknow) in India.
Fortunately Lucknow Rakhi delivered in time but Ranchi Rakhi is till date not delivered. I register a ticket in india plaza but their customer care staff replying for other rakhi which is delivered and closed the ticket without any issue.
I register another call on 09/09 but till date no reply. Here is the details.

this is really really wonderful stuff from your store..My purchased rakhi is not yet delivered and no sorry or no reply or no refund from ur side..I think I should complaint about this type of carelessness..u don t have any care for any sentiments. I asked about my order no. IN0408100609 and your support person replied for different order and closed the ticket..please find the all the previous communications as below:--
