Non refund of Hyd Del ticket cancelled vide mail of 19/12/07

The above company is running an online portal for booking of airtickets etc. and while they promised a refund in 15 days from date of cancellation the refund has still not been made. The service is abysmal!! Sending mails and making frequent calls has no effect on them!
