Non delivery of money orde

On dated 08/10, I send a money order from post Faridabad 121001 to Post Hooghly 712306 with Emo Pnr No: 039204091008007505. But due to the mistake of the concerned department officer the PIN no of the destination point has been wrongly entered to 712103.

I visited the concerned office but no reply i found.

Please look into the matter.
