An Envelope was booked by me for West Bengal through Speed Post Services of India post Office Dt.12/08/09, C.R. No. of that is EC823212141IN. But my Envelope was delivered after 15 days. Due to this late service i faced alot of mently & economical problems, so i want relief for that. Please take necessary action against liable officers and provide me relaxation. Thanking you.
