Non Delivery of original Documents

This to inform you that my parcel of documents has not been delivered to the University of Venice Ca' Foscari, Italy even after almost 2 MONTHS.

I sent my article no. ED391953197IN on 29.08.09 and up to date 20.10.2009 IT HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED. and to add to my worry is the documents that i have sent, they are my original degrees.

Pls HELP as soon as possible.
