Cancellation Procedure Order No 111577712 Sub Order No 1977547 of India times shopping
I had purchased spy camara from India times shopping and was unsatisfied with the product and its specification and contacted to indiatimes shopping they asked me to return the product through TNT Courier. AS per their request I returned the product through TNT Courier to the address of Quick Mall at new Delhi but product was not delivered as same was unavailable at address given and they return the product (WRONGLY to the homeshop18) as product is delivered on behalf of company so it was not returned to me. as account no mentioned in awb was of homeshop18 and not of indiatimeshopping (the same fact was not known to me while delivering the product, importance of the same known to me after talking to indiatimesshopping and TNT Courier service. (and shopping companies is not highligting the importance of the same to their customer). As per request i contacted to homeshop18 they asked me to collect the product through TNT Courier with co-ordination from timesindiashopping. that means they are ready to co-operate but little bit co-ordination of TNT COURIER AND INDIIA TIMESHOPPING. TNT Courier had confirmed that product has been delivered to HOMESHOP18 in good conditions. and they told me to co-ordinate with indiatimeshoping for getting the complaint solved as they have informed internally to indiatimeshopping regarding delivery of the product and hence I will get back the money from inidatimeshopping.
As product is belong to indiatimeshopping and as per their request i delivered to the Courier service appointed by them I product is with them but still company is not ready to give me my money back inspite of delivering the product to their courier agency. So i request INDIA TIMES SHOPPING THAT I FOLLOWED ALL PROCEDURE IT IS THEIR RESPOSIBILITY TO GET THE PRODUCT FROM THIEIR COURIER AGENCY AND REFUND THE MONEY TO ME AS PRODUCT IS HANDED OVER TO THEIR OFFICIAL COURIER AGENCY. BUT COMPANY IS NOT REFUNDING THE MONEY TO ME.
