These are my some problem which i am facing with indiatodaybookclub, when trying to contact sometimes theres computer not working, sometimes say ok i will register your complaint and our executive will contact u in 24 hrs etc... etc.. now any one suggest me what to do with these types of fraud.
these are my mail detail which i sended them and interesting thing is some of mail address are not working i am getting bounce from [email protected], [email protected].
I AM TOTALLY FADEUP AND VERY DISAPPOINTED FROM YOUR WELL KNOWN ESTABLISHED INDIATODAY. NOW AGAIN I AM FACING PROBLEM FROM YOU. BEFORE THIS YOU DENIED TO GAVE MY SPECIAL OFFERS AND THIS TIME I WAS HAVING REFUND OF 9500/- RS (REFUND NO. RE10001335, REGISTERED ON 5TH APRIL 10,), STILL I DONT HAVE MY REFUND. I WANT MY REFUND BACK OTHERWISE I HAVE TO TAKE SERVICES OF CONSUMER COURT. AND THIS TIME ITS ENOUGH.
