I purchased a product from Bagittoday on 29th Sept. I havent received the delivery yet, instead they sent the product as Cash on Delivery.
When I followed up with customer care they say they sent the product by mistake and will send the actual product soon.
I havent received my order yet and customer care refuse to respond. The SLA is 3-4 weeks, and the duration has passed.
I have been cheated, and want my money back.
