one cover is booked in my name to be delivered at my residential address of bangalore on 19/05 fromyour delhi office with no.208248953. till today after 7 days i have not received the cover and the reply given by your bangalore is very vague. i never expected such a service from you. it was an important document. ensure in future such things will not happen
