Dear Sir,

I, (K.RAJU), have a saving account no.is 16932. I want to say that while i am withdrawing Rs.10, 000/- from State Bank of India, Royapuram branch on 01.10.2009 at 11.00 am due to machine fault i did not get the money as the money stick in the slot and dropped inside the machine the ATM ID NO.4221 3214 0009 5357 and my compliant reg.no.106230910013 dt.01.10.2009. My balance was Rs.12393/- before transaction and Rs.10, 000/- has been debited from my account. Kindly reimburesement the money, I mentioned above, as soon as possible, because I need the money urgently.
