Recently I order one book from Indiatimes shopping and made payment thru credit card, I was told that book will reach in 15 days.
Later on after 15 days they told me book is out of stock and we will refund the money back.
However to my shock I found that instaed of returning my money back, they gave me gif voucher and told me that I can utilize this gift voucehr to purchase someother product. This was shocking from company like INDIATimes shopping.
If a consumer is asking for shroud for dead man and he paid for that, India times will say we donot have stock of shroud but we will not return ur money back instead u prucahse oxygen cylinder for dead man.
ITS really shame.
