Irresponsible & humiliation behavior of your dealer – Nadiamman Gas Agency, Pattukkottai, Tamil Nadu State

Respected Sir,

As per the above subject, for the past some months [more than a year] your dealer’s [Nadiamman Gas Agency, Pattukkottai, Pattukkottai Taluk, Thanjavur District, Tamil Nadu] behaviour, attitude and approach is going on worst, irresponsible and careless.

The Dealer’s main mode of business is, maintaining the good customer relationship and smooth flow of cylinder supply. But the people working in the Nadiamman Agency is very rough and never consider customer as humans. Not properly response in the telephone, not properly supply the cylinder, not properly register the cylinder booking, etc………………..

Many times they never pick the telephone or make the telephone always engaged by throwing out the receiver. If they attend the call very rarely, their words and speech is that much worst and rough and rude. None can tolerate.

This complaint is not submitted by a single man, but the entire and surrounding locality’s complaint. Even the matter is reflected in Dinamalar [Tamil Nadu’s regional Tamil newspaper]. Lion’s Club members, social service people and reputed people in the locality spoke to them to behave customer friendly. But as I mentioned earlier they never consider customer as humans.

To know the fact more, you can send your people and enquire to the Nadiamman Gas Agency’s customers. Each will say a never ending story. That kind of agony and humiliation we were met and still facing, something are beyond the words.

Some people told that they always make the cylinder supply as artificial demand, in order to move the cylinder in black market - particularly for LPG supported vehicles.

We humbly and politely request you please and kindly either change the dealership or command them to behave customer friendly and ask them to attend the call with polite speech. They are creating their own rules for cylinder booking and cylinder supply. Please force them to throw all the brutal, beastly and inhuman rules.

Please make the cylinder supply very smooth without any hindrance in our locality.

We tried all our best solutions but failed. Ultimately you are our last hope. Looking forward your favorable, fruitful, constructive and concrete response.

A prompt and necessary action in this regard will be highly appreciated.
