To cut gas connection without any reason

Sir

I am Ramsevak s/o Mr. Rambharose Lal from Ashok Nagar behind Shri Ganesh inter collage Kasganj Dist. kanshiram Nagar (U.P.). Sir my gas connection no. is "G10191" in the "Gupta Indane Gas Agency " at Laxmiganj Kasganj Dist. kanshiram Nagar (U.P.). sir my gas connection has been cut without any notice or information on July and there is no reason to cut gas connection. When I contact them they called identy proof reason but I already submit "votar identy card "and "rashan card".

So sir I request you that solve my problem as soon as possible because without gas we faced many problem.
