Sir/Madam,

With reference to above mentioned subject I have to submit few lines against M/S Victory Gas as under:-

1.My family has large number of members and I required cylinder in 15 days agency' staff refuse to book even after 25 days.

2. They don't book the gas on phone.

3. They take 10 to 20 days for delivery even after so many reminders.

I hope that you will take the action against the distributor.
