On 23rd May, you have E-mailed me that PAN CARD has been despatched on 22nd May. It is purely wrong. I have enquired your department and found that till 27th May it was not despatched. Atleast if you donot issue card in time, please donot issue false e-mail.
Very poor services, that after sending mail on 22.05. you have even not bothered to verify whether it is despatched on post or not.
Govt. of India, IT Deptt. should reconsider to assign this job to you.
Till 27th MAY AT 5.00 PM. I have not received my PAN CARD.
Since my residence is only 3-4 kms far from your Belapur office and the matter is already much delayed, please ensure that the PAN CARD should reach me within 1-2 days.
YOU HAVE INFORMED THROUGH EMAIL THAT THE PAN CARD WAS POSTED ON 22.05.2009 AND YOUR DESPATCH SECTION INFORMED THAT IT IS NOT DESPATCHED TILL 27.05.2009.- IT TAKES 5 DAYS TO DESPATCHED. REALLY VERY VERY BAD SERVICES.
SUGGESTION- At least, do not have Communication Gap at your department.
