Deduction from VAS services

Dear All,

My postpaid mobile connection (9311489420) is automatically deducting Rs 99 for WAP offnet since March. The service is not accessible to my handset. When I actually activated the services, I have been charged two rental of 99 rs for same services. I asked them to deactivate the service and customer care people used to tell that it is already deactivated, but they charge every month in bill.

I have made more than half a dozen of complaints, but no resolution till date.
