Seizure of ID and not allowing trading

There is a branch at Krishna Plaza Shastri Nagar Meerut U.P.Branch Incharge Mr Rajeev Arora is working in arbitrary and arrogant manner. He insisted to sign an account opening form of CITI BANK on 15.6.09.When i politely said that i donot want to open any new account, he stopped me from trading ad sized my DP ID.This caused big financial loss to me

Kindly intervene and let me know if there is any instruction to compulsorily open account in citi Bank?

Issue instructions to branch to allow me trading.
