Deposited in UCO Ballygunge for credit to CRES account not efected

I deposited Rs.25000/-(Rupees twenty five thousand) through United Commercial Bank in cash for credit of existing CRES Account No:16784, on 15 May. But till date no credt has been effected in the above CRES Account. This type of delay has occured earlier also. There should be a system for protecting the interest of the consumers, in case of such delays. SIMPLY complaining without tangible results/ OR repitition of the same delay/mistake again and again does not make LOGICAL SENSE excepting maligning the reputation of CESC and CRES which is not my intention. Please look into the matter.
