CIBIL REJECTS EVEN EDUCATIONAL LOAN NOT CARING GOVERNMENT OF INDIA'S REQUEST

Dear Sir,

I wish to inform you that I have applied for Educational Loan in State Bank of Hyderabad for my Son's College Studies and to my shock and surprises, the same has been turned out for the reason that I have still not cleared the cibil dues. (Please note that I have cleared all dues and have got the loan closure letters from the respective banks).

At this juncture, I wish to reiterate that the Government of India have specifically requested all the banks not to reject the educational loan on any score, but this CIBIL people have rejected my educational loan and trying to prove that they are even more than the Government. HOW IS THE GOVERNMENT TOLERATING THIS ATROCIOUS ACT OF THIS CIBIL?

Inspite of providing the Control No. from the concerned banks, this CIBIL is not all paying heed to this and instead showing deaf ears to all my requestes. WHY THEY ACT SO SMART?
