Cheque returned before rbi working time

Dear Sir,

We are one of your customer of Rajarajeshwari Nagar SBI branch. My Account No. is 10334029754

We have issued a cheque dated 23.10.09 and it has come to our bank on 24.10.09 before rbi working time (9.30 AM) where I have deposited amount by 9.30 Am. on 24.10.09 They have returned without our knowledge on same day and debited ch. returned charges on same day.

Kindly resolve the matter at the earliest and let us know the progress of the same
