ATM debit card

Sir,

This is to write that, I have not used my ATM card for purchase and Cash Withdrawls on the dates / details are mentioned as under:

01/11... purchase... Rs.1200/-

01/11... ATM withdraw... Rs.3000/-

01/11... ATM withdraw... Rs.3000/-

03/11... ATM withdraw... Rs.4000/-

Total Rs..11200/=

The above transactions are not made by me. It is done by DUPLICATE CARD.

A total amount of Rs.11200/= has been debited in my account.

I REQUEST YOURGOOD SELF TO FINDOUT, and reverse the amount.

I had also informed the Branch. but no action is taken.

My account No: 109 181 56544, SBI, HAL Branch, Aircraft, Bangalore.560 017.

I will also forward the compliant to Branch Manager.
