Today I booked train tickets at Thirumylai Reservation centre, Chennai. I asked for sleeper class ticket in reservation form for 8.5.2010 fromTirunelveli to Chennai your staff wrongly put 3 tier A/C and when I told about that he cancelled the same. Then he said sleeper class confirmed ticket is available on that date and I asked him to book the same. When he handed over the ticket after collecting money from me I noticed it is RAC not confirmed one. When I asked about the same he was not giving proper answer and saying something in irresponsible way. Then I am compelled to cancel the same in order to get a confirm ticket and the cancellation charges met by me. Because of your staff's mistake I have to bear the cancellation charges. In what way it is just? Please take necessary action against the staff and let me know the action taken. My cancellation ticket no.02670732.
