Efund of security deposit

My airtel number of 9934303830. I had paid security deposit of Rs 7250 for activating my international roaming facility. After my return from USA, I aporoached the Jamshedpur customer care and reuested for refund of the security deposit. Application for refund submitted on 8.9.2008. The customer care executive said itmay take appr 3 weeks to get the refund. I have still not recd.the refund. relevant money receipt number 011475 dt.14.7.08. Firstly it does not look fair to delay the refund by 3 weeks after request is made. Secondly, it is already 24 days. Kindly check and advise. B.Chandra Shekha
