With reference to our Fixed Deposit at your Aluva Branch from October till July for the amount of Indian Ruppees 15, 00, 000/- was a terrible and horrible experience
As you are very very big chairman and you might not find the time to read big stories - as at the end of the day we customers lose money and you bankers just suck our savings by saying and promising all sort big words and finally not doing your job properly..
This is the short story- At that time in myself and my father who aged 71 right now deposited total of 29 lakhs (separated into 2 FD terms), which initially we taken the plan of withdrawing interest every month end but later we find TDS issue which your bank manager at that time was Shaji T.P. now he is calicut Branch manager promised to my father before depositing the amount that bank will get the Tax exception we just need to sign the FORM 16 OR 15, And on the promise word we deposited 2 FD's worth of 29 lakhs but half way through we find out TDS reduction was taking place ever after my father signed the Tax form. So we approached the Bank Manager Shaji and he revert that TDS charges but then he advised change the plan to accumulative plan which collect the interest at the end of maturity.
Yes, my father agree and changed the plan for one FD worth of 15 Lakh and again he signed all the TAX form for new FD terms and make sure that this mistake will not take place again but when we came to collect this month on July 4th as maturity date, we find out that again they reduced around 31, 280/- as TDS, by seeing that my father become furious as you bankers are big suckers as you do a lot of promise to customers to get the money and once to get the money you just not do your job.. This time the Branch Manager at ALuva Branch is One Ramaswamy such a unprofessional person I never meet in my life never even given a chance to sit with our problem, he slowly put that problem their staff to handle... and when ever we try to contact on this issue, he always avoid us that giving impression to contact Shaji at Calicut branch, finally when we call shaji at calicut branch he by knowing all stories as promised and got signed all tax forms and why this reduction had happen, then he saying speak to ramaswamy at aluva branch but this bloody ramamswamy never bother to solve our problem... One person called prince (assist manager) been appoint to solve the issue but prince can't do any thing with out ramasawmy approval... Finally we end up in losing 31, 280/- as tax reduction
But my father and myself and our all family members taken the plan after writing to you, if we will not find any result in our issue to return our reduction amount... we going to make sure as much as people in our contacts and in their contacts that WHAT IS ICICI BANKS REPUTATION AS NOT WORTH TRUST THEM FULL OF BULL-SHIT AND UNPROFESSIONAL BANK MANAGER JUST CHEATING AND SUCKING PEOPLES MONEY AND ALSO RIGHT TO RBI ABOUT YOUR FALSE PROMISES AND INVITING OLD PEOPLES SAVING TO DEPOSIT AS FIXED DEPOSIT AND COLLECTING TAX DUE TO YOUR FAULT NOT FILLING PAPERS PROPERLY OR YOUR BANK MANAGER FORGET TO DO HIS JOB.
MY FATHER AT 71 (SENIOR CITIZEN) WHAT JOB HE CAN DO??? NO LAW TO PAY TAX 71!!! YOU GUYS ARE JUST SUCKERS...
Bank Manager - SHAJI & RAMASAWMY THESE ARE DEVILS YOU CREATED, CHEATED .. WE ARE NOT GOING SIT QUITE ABOUT THESE ISSUES... YOU GUYS ARE TAKEN MY FATHER SAVING AND I AM GOING TO COME AFTER FOR YOU... YOU WAIT AND SEE...
SEE THIS IS A DEMOCRATIC NATION AND WE HAVE MEDIA AND PUBLIC SUPPORT AS SUCH WE KNOW A LOT OF PEOPLE... IF YOU BANK MANAGERS IN ALUVA BRANCH THINKS YOU CAN TAKE AND RUN AWAY WITH MY FATHER'S SAVING...
