EXCESS TATKAL CHARGES & BED SHEET CHARGES

Dear Sir,

Tatkal e-ticket booked by me & paid Rs.867 Rs.20 Service charges (from Bandra Terminus to H.Nizamuddin - Tran No.2909 - Garib Rath)

While travelling TC charged me Rs.100 additional tatkal charges & also Rs.25/- charged by attendant for Bed Sheet.

Please explain me the actual fares & details.
