Bhan, Abbas, Indonautics Vashi Navi Mumbai is fake

I just came upon this thread on the net.
We had applied to another such company, in Vashi Plaza, called Indonautics. the URL is http://www.indonautics.com/
the guy is someone called Mr. UdayBhan Singh. and another called Mr. Abbas.
we had paid Rs. 80, 000/- for which they gave all the receipts and formalities, also we paid it in a bank account of DCB bank in Vashi Branch A/c # - 03021500001762. Bhan and Abbas kept telling joining details will come in 3 days, next week, on next monday, and was a sweet talker. we asked for references, he gave us a number that was switched off all the time.
we have lodged a police complaint in CBD Belapur commissioner of Police office, with a CC to all the police stations in the vicinity.
Please beware, and spread the word around so at least other people can be cautious about such kind of fake people, who are duping people for money.
we looked at the website for verification, went to their office which looked pretty decent.
also they were listed on the DGS listing so thought that they might have been credible.
we asked people who have been in this line, and everyone said that they had heard this name before.
Now the catch 22 apparently is, that such kind of fakers, look for shipping companies that have been shut down for some time, and take up the same names, that makes people think that these are genuine companies.
i am also giving a report to the DNA news Paper, as well as the Mumbai mirror. anyone who wishes to pipe in, please do, so that this becomes a stronger drive to stop such white collared crime.
I am located in Pune, and we have spent a lot of money on commuting to mumbai to see his face, each time he called, for Nothing. He carries two mobile numbers both will be switched off or not reachable or not accepting any call Mob # 09819007318, 09004216150.
