Non-installation of New PNG connection

I am a resident of Dwarka sector 17, Pocket D . I have submitted the sum of Rs.5000/- with this company in the month July (BP no. 4000059040) and till date, we have not got this connection. Customer care people are not giving any response. There is not one to hear in this company. Request you to please take up this case with the company and provide us with gas line connection.
