Charging Rs. 10, 000 10, 000/- Extra

Hi,

My name is karam Sahu. I am BCA - 2nd year student of Inderprastha Engineering College, Ghaziabad. I took admisson in 2006. The college is affiliated with CCS University, Meerut. My problems are :-

1). The college is asking to submit Rs 10, 00 as Developement charges which is suppose to be submitted only single time but last year also they had charged Rs. 10, 000 as developement charges. I want to know that, Other colleges who are affiliated from the same university and offering the same course content, do not charge developement for 3 years rather they charge it only once at the time of admission.

2). Last year college decided to shutdown the BCA, BBA and Bio-Sciences courses and stop taking any further admission for this course. We are the student of last batch. I want to ask that it was not conveyed to us that college will shutdown next year. So, is it legal?

Can i do anything so that they do not charge any baseless fee. I think the developement charges are deposited only one time ie at the time of admission.

please help
