Non receipt of fdr's even after 5 moths

On the 19th of sept 2 chqs bearing nos. 263421 and 22 got cleared from our bank a/cs. in favor of the above company.

however till date we have as yet to receive the fdr's as well as the interest warrants for the period of 19/09 till date.

on enquiring with the company, we have so far understood, that the deposits bearing nos. 111308 and 309 were despatched in nov.by blazeflash couriers which on checking with their local office in andheri, mumbai, according to their tracking system, shows as not received by them, hence unable to deliver.

this point has also been informed to the company authorities, who have also confirmed to me that they too have received a similar report regarding this same delivery, however what their reason can be to hesitate issuing new fdr's and interest warrants to us is difficult to understand.

please let me know how you can help me in resolving this matter.
