I happened to come across an article in the Malayala Manorama daily, dated 19 -06, on an award being presented to Indus Motors for Excellence in service. I thought, I should take this precise opportunity to bring to your notice the below average service offered to me by the Indus Motor Service Centre, Anayara, Trivandrum.
There is a certain level of service quality that is generally associated with Indus, they being the sole authorized dealers of Maruti Suzuki.
I am an employee of Technopark, Trivandrum and I own a Maruti Wagon R. I had given my car for routine service to the above mentioned Indus Centre on June 4th. My Job card no was JCO8001870. The SA assigned was Mr. Niju Baby. My car came out as dirty as it was before service, I mean how can a service as obvious as cleaning be overlooked like this? They charged me for wheel alignment and mud flap fitting, when these were not done at all.
I inspected the vehicle in the presence of the service guy, and made him aware of the issue. I told him I don't see why I should pay him the full amount for services not provided. He promised me to get it done the first thing next morning and nobody turned up.
There are quite a number of service centres in Trivandrum apart from Indus that offers much cheaper service. So it is extremely disappointing when you pay so much and still get pathetic service. Let me also add that this isn't the first time that this happened to me.
Maybe it has got to do with this particular centre or maybe it has to do with the attitude of the staff at the centre. But it would only do you good if the issue is rectified at the earliest.
I am sure you are an organization that values your customer's feedback and, that you realize the important role that 'Trust' plays in any business relationship for that matter.
