Non receipt of pension cheque

I have been informed on telephone that against my PPO No.16468, the Department has issued one cheque bearing No.657106 dated 8.7.2009 for Rs.6088/- has been despatched to my Bank. Regret that inspite of repeated telephonic reminder the cheque has not been recd. in my bank till today morning.

I would request you to please help me in locating my above cheque.
