Dear sir
We are having broadband connection on our telephone no 912512694529. We were alloted user name and password without portal ID.We were able to see our usage detail from www.dataone.in till 10-03 using our user name and passsword. Now we are unable to login as the system asks only for portal id. It is not accepting user id. Please check and confirm if there is any any change in the system and advise the method for getting usage details.
