Complete rip off firm.
Similar tale, money lost, no answer. I eventually got a snivelling email excuse for inability to honour commitments:
Dear Sir/Madam,
Please be assured that no one here has any intention of ripping anybody off. The fact is that I have been in business for 8 years and what started out as a ‘bedroom business’ has now grown into a very successful one. As a result, I am now in the process of transition so that I can cope with all of the demands placed upon me all day every day. This means premises, staff etc. At the moment its just me and my wife (we also have twins who are 2 years old) so I hope you can appreciate that its very tough going right now.
If you can please email me the problem I promise to look into it for you.

Inest is a duff firm, ripping people off. Inest will not refund your money. Inest will not answer your phone calls. Inest will not answer your emails and if they do, it will be to string you along more. Numerous reviews of inest on the internet are invariably negative. Do not trust the firm Inest or it's owner.
