Credit card pin not received

Respected sir,

it is unfortunate that i have calling ur customer care deptt. now and then to send me my credit card pin which is delivered to me three months before.all in vain, every time they waste my time and money and keep me saying wait for ten days.

I request you if you cant send pin, why did u send me my credit card.it is of no use.

plz do send my pin, so that i can make use of it.
