Hi

I applied for passport in 2007. I am getting the following details in passport status link.

File Reference Number: BLY-Z440877-08 Application Date : 25-03

Applicant's Name: KAPIL JOSHI Applicant's Date of Birth : 20-06-1986

STATUS :

It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time

I am getting this message from last 10 months. Please tell me when i'll be able to recieve my passport.
