Status of the new applied card

Hi

I had applied for a card since 1.5 months but still there is no update on the status of the card

While applying they said they will deliver the card in 15 working days but yet no sign of it.

I have just got a mail stating my reference no 01100815282 with their phone nos where none of the phone no is working.

Please provide me the status of my card

Whether delivering or not... on my mail id as soon as possible as cancel my application because its too much of time for a card.
