Cops riding bikes without helmet

Dear Sir

I Found police persons riding there bikes without helmet where they should follow it strictly against common people, i have a picture taken today in traffic @ Madhapur, Hyderabad. Where side by passers wearing helmet but not our cops. If in any case this picture can help our people and police making a better country, please publish it.
