the company has directed all new employees seeking to come and work with EGYPTIAN NATURAL GAS HOLDING CO.(EGAS) must bear the little expenses for obtaining the OVERSEA TRAVELLERS INSURANCE POLICY (OTIP) neccessary for the above purpose.
This according to the company is to stem the incessant non-chalance shown towards the process by employees in the past.
Expenses incurred by the employee related to OVERSEA TRAVELLERS INSURANCE POLICY (OTIP) before commencement of duties will be substantiated with receipts and the employer will reimburse the employee not later than Five (7) working days after submission of employee’s expense report and receipts.
This unequivocally means that you shall be required to bear the cost of obtaining the the above documents as soon as possible considering how soon you intend to commence work.
Note: Every expenses incurred on this process shall be reimbursed back to you as soon as you tender the expenses report/receipt to us after the (OTIP) processing. The company will pay you additional 25% of all the expenses you incurred on the processing of this document.
