Amount debited but register number and password not received

Hello,

Myself T.NagaNaresh (date of Birth 15-07-1987), was online applying for Common Written Examination for Recruitment of Clerks in 19 Public Sector Banks.

While applying, I had faced the problem. after entering the bank details for payment, I found page became blank with message page can not be uploaded. But when I checked my SBI account that time i had found that rupees 357.73 have been deducted from my account (SBI Ref. NO. IG66727644).

I guess as per FAQ mentioned in your site if form is not successful then this amount should be Credited to my account but it is not so. I tried for Ibps Complaint no but it's not worked.
