Myself Hiralal Samriya i have resigned from the organisation, iam shifted from delhi to Rajasthan now i sent my pf withdrawl forms through courier to the pf office gurgaon by the name of Mr. S.K Bhargava & the forms are already deliver to the P.F office but the pf office employees are saying that they didn't receive the forms. The forms are already delivered to the pf office on 20th of Oct'08 (POD NO.302300695). Kindly check it with your staff where are my pf forms because its not possible for me to fill and send the forms to you again and again from Rajasthan.
