Invaild Document

Hi... i had taken an Insurance in the year 2008 March 03 and they said its for 5yrs and the document which they gave me also mentioned that Tenure is 60 Months From March to March. But they are sending an another letter hardly an week ago Sep 26 2009 which is also most 18Months later that its not 60Months and its an printing Mistake and its just 12Months... Which is unexpectable, if its really incorrect it took for them to rectify after 1yr..which i could not accept i need an answer and also my money back.
